Standard hire stock ships in white, black or natural MDF. Custom finishes, wrapping and branding available on request.
Square column in white or black. The display industry standard for product launches, hero moments and centrepiece displays. Available in 900mm and 1100mm heights.

We place every plinth exactly where it needs to be. Arrive at your venue to find the display already in position.
Collection timing is agreed with you and your venue before the hire is confirmed.

Process

Email or call with your event date, venue and the pieces you need. We'll confirm availability within a working day.

We send a quote. Once confirmed with a deposit, your hire is locked in. Balance due before delivery.

We arrive at your venue in your access window, deliver every piece and position it exactly as briefed.
04
The morning after your event, we collect. You don't need to be there — just leave the venue access sorted.
Common questions
We recommend at least 5 working days for standard hire. For large quantities or custom finishes, 10 working days gives us more flexibility. Rush turnarounds are possible — just ask.
White-glove delivery is available London-wide by arrangement. For events outside London, UK-wide delivery is available — contact us with your venue location and we'll quote accordingly.
Standard hire stock comes in white, black or natural MDF. We can also supply brand-wrapped, painted or vinyl-covered plinths — these are treated as bespoke orders with a short lead time.
Yes. Bespoke dimensions are available as a made-to-hire order. Lead time is typically 5–7 working days from confirmation. Get in touch with your spec.
Multi-day and extended hire rates are available. For pop-ups, trade shows or residencies running over several days or weeks, contact us directly and we'll put together a tailored rate.
